Nokwazi Z Mzobe is an entrepreneur, part-time lecturer and author of the Small Business Handbook. She is the managing director of Matoyana, a boutique consulting firm that enables more small business owners in Africa to run successful, sustainable businesses and to promote a culture of entrepreneurship and innovative thinking. In 2018 she launched the Fearless Woman Campaign, featuring 23 inspirational South African woman breaking barriers in their lives and carriers.

She has over 8 years work experience with 2 Fortune 500 multinationals in the FMCG and Telecoms industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal; an Honours Degree from Wits University and an MBA from Hult International Business School.” Symphonia Leadership Development 

Lerato Nxomani-Pakade (Regent Career Architects) “What if we focussed on what’s right about people?”
Lerato is a talent strategist and activist-entrepreneur. Her company, Regent Career Architects, provides insights to
organisations interested in attracting, retaining, developing and advancing diverse talent. Regent also designs and
delivers training and facilitation solutions in leadership and talent development. Lerato is energised by coaching
professionals to design compelling career strategies that honour their unique talents, and develop those talents into
strengths through deliberate practice. She is a speaker and writer, focusing on using Inclusion to build stronger
corporate cultures, as well as on all things millennial – particularly amplifying the positive contributions millennial
professionals will make to the future of work. Lerato has an honours degree in economics, and is currently completing
her research towards her master’s degree at the London School of Economics.

agility, quick thinking and action. Leah’s growth mind-set, vast experience and outstanding professional attributes are
a positive contribution to drive human performance improvement in the African Continent. Leah is the founder and
director of A Women’s Worth Chapter, as well as managing partner at the Art Kartel Media.
